School Assemblies
Who? Any community member interested in helping out. What? Volunteers are needed to help organize volunteers, teachers and children, communicate with Ms. Leigh & Milk & Cookies advisors for up to the minute changes, promote, decorate, make programs for the event, feed the children and make sure the event runs smoothly. When? Winter Peace Assembly takes place right before holiday break & the Civil Rights Assembly is around Harvey Milk's birthday. Where? Most events take place in the School's Cafeteria. Promoting would take place in the comfort of your home and sometimes at the school. Please sign in first in the school office before starting any volunteering.
