Silent Auction
Who? Any community member interested in helping out. What? Volunteers are needed to help with all of the components that help make our silent auction such a huge success! Our committees include: Donations, Publicity, Set-Up, Carnival, Food, Cashier, and Clean-Up. When? Donations, Publicity, Food Prepation and the Carnival begin 3 Months Prior to auction, Set-Up, Food, Cashier, and Clean-Up are on the day of the Auction. Where? Donations & Publicity take place at home and throughout San Francisco. Carnival, Set-Up, Childcare, Food, Cashier, and Clean-Up take place on school premises. Please sign in first in the school office before starting any volunteering. (Volunteer Sign-in Book is located on the black filing cabinet next to the office door). More Information?
